AntiNatural by xGradient aka ProjectFTW
This is a plugin which completely disables natural mob spawning and lets you decide which event should still be allowed to generate mobs.
You can also choose to only allow mob spawners to generate mobs which is great for factions.
No Commands & No Permissions
Just a clean plugin with a simple config!
