Mute a player.

This is the help message.
/unmute [player] (muter.unmute)
Unmute a player.

Get notified when a person is muted.

1.1: you can now block commands through the config.
1.2: Because someone was having issues with it and the plugin is working fine for me... I highered the event of blocking the player to stop other plugins from interfering.

This is a simple plugin I realize- just released this because it was a finished plugin lying around in my workspace.
Was originally made for @BrettplayMC but its fully customizable so................ (you can customize the messages)
