Commands:
/tntrepair reloadconfig (reloads config)
/tntrepair showconfig (shows config)
/tntrepair editconfig (edit config)
/tntrepair repairinstant (repairs instant)
Config:
Speed: (Double[0,1,2,3,4,5,6.../1.5,2.3...]) higher number = longer repair time (0 = instant)
SendConsoleMessage: (Boolean[true,false]) if true, the plugin sends a message with block infos (location, type, subid)
IgniteOtherTNT: (Boolean[true,false]) if true, the explosion ignites other tnt
