How do I install WinterEco: Balance Drop?

==Balance Drop==

DEPENDENT ON VAULT!

Balance drop makes it so that when a player is killed there balance is dropped and picked up by there killer. This means if the drop percentage is set to 100% If I have $1,000.00 and XJoshtheReaperX has $100.00 and I kill him his new balance would be $0 and mine would be $1,100.00, Or if the Drop Percentage is at 50% If I have $1,000.00 and XJoshtheReaperX has $100.00 and I kill him his new balance would be $50 and mine would be $1,050.00

baldrop.bypass - Allows players with this permission to bypass baldrop

== Usage ==
Simply put the jar in the server no configuration needed at this point.
