what is this plugin
It will auto broadcast a message that you can customize.

Permissions:
- announcer.ac - shows the help page
- announcer.reload - reload the config file
- announcer.message - sends a test message
- announcer.message - will send a message if the plugin is up-to-date
Commands:
- /ac - shows the help page
- /ac reload - reload the config file
- /ac message - sends a test message
when reloading, it will not have effect the time for the broadcast, that will be fixed in version 1.3.0
