WelcomeRegion - This plugin shows the message at an entrance or an exit from the region which is specified in a config. There are 3 various types of messages display to the player and we support variables.
This plugin need WGRegionEvents (If it isn't found, it will be downloaded automatically) and WorldGuard for stable working!
Also if you want use BossBar to show messages you need download BossBarAPI .
