ServerHELP is a simple plugin that allows to change ingame settings with 1 click. It has a lot of useful functions such as always day or teleporter to a special place when player reaches minimum y height level which was allowed.

easily
try it to understand if it's good for your server. It has all features you need in one config file which is very comfortable as for newbies as for professional
server administrators. As this plugin is my 1st one, I'd try to do all my best to give you a better support then other developers will. Works on minecraft servers 1.8+
