Because everything is completely configurable and easy to use, the only command which exists is "/reloadvitems". Which reloads the whole configuration and makes the Enchantment System editable while the server runs.

The Configuration YML:
I will not list every enchantment just an example (After the plugin is in the plugin folder the config is created automatically).
In the Config you have a list of possible Enchantments (example: sharpness):

LAPIS_COSTS : 15
ADDITIONAL_ITEM : GRINDSTONE;5
AVAILABLE_FOR : SWORD;AXE

There you can configure if the enchantment should usable or not (enabled). You can also set the costs for it eiter Lapis OR Emeralds.
If you want an Additional Item (which is needed for the enchantment) write down the Material Name and the amount.
You can also specify for which items the enchantment should be enabled. Possible Types are:

Code (Java):

ARMOR, SWORD, BOW, PICKAXE, SHOVEL, AXE, HOE, SCISSORS, FISHING_ROD, SHIELD
