Features
- Combat Timer: Shows a timer in the action bar indicating how long a player remains in combat.
- Logout Death: Players who log out during combat are considered dead.
- Restricted Item Usage: Prevents the use of Elytras, Ender Pearls, and Tridents during combat.
- Combat Notifications: Informative messages when entering and exiting combat.
- Command Restrictions: Blocks most commands while in combat, with a customizable whitelist.
- Player Kill Announcements: Broadcasts detailed messages when a player kills another player.
- Config Reload Command: Reload the configuration without restarting the server.

Download and Installation
1. Download the plugin from the SpigotMC resource page.
2. Place the RAI-COMBAT-1.0-RAI-STUDIO.jar file into your server's `plugins` directory.
3. Start your server to generate the default configuration file.
4. Customize the `config.yml` to your liking.
5. Use `/raicombat-reload` to apply any changes made to the configuration.
