The Wither Storm is the strongest creature in Minecraft Story Mode.
To make it Summon just like a Normal Wither but the Soul Sand or Soul Soil in the middle is replaced with a Command Block Like this:
and the Wither Storm will appear and then You will get the message Achievement Made it

I I plan to add Withered Hard Blocks in the next version. Withered Hard Blocks can eventually turn into Crying Withered Hard Blocks. This block was inspired by the problems I experienced.
