Why download via externally Website (Google Drive) ?
Because spigot has set a MB limit on a file.
The MagicSpells (4,4 Mo) file is therefore too large for the maximum MB of spigot.

With a blaze stick or other item, click on it to choose your spell to cast then as if you were attacking, click on a mob or player.
