What does ShoutMe do?
When a player puts the ! or # sign at the start of its message, the custom prefix will appear
(Probably most used for Kingdom & MineTopia servers!)
How does ShoutMe work?
Simple, drop the plugin in your spigot server.
Then, go ingame and try the following:
!hi
#hi
You will notice two different prefixes which you can change in the config!
Commands:
/shoutme - shows help menu
/shoutme reload - reloads the config
Permissions:
shoutme.reload - reloads the config
shoutme.shout - able to use ! or #
