I'm Gioelex, and this is my first plugin. As the name suggest, this plugin create a /spawn command, a /setspawn command, a /tpa command and a /tpaccept command.

/setspawn
If a player uses this command, the spawn will be set where the player is.
A player can use this command if he has the permission simplespawn.setspawn (default: op)
/spawn
It teleports to the spawn who used the command.
Everyone can use this command, but only if the spawn has been set.
/tpa [Player]
This command sends a teleport request to a player.
Everyone can use this command.
/tpaccept
If a player received a teleport request, this command allow you to accept the request.
Everyone can use this command
