Create your own Custom Command with a simple .yml file.

Upon first loading, this plugin creates a folder called "commands" inside the plugins/ComFile/ folder. To create your first command, create a file inside the commands folder with the command name as the name of the file, with a .yml extension, like welcome.yml to create a /welcome command.

Then open your file and add one or more of the configuration options listed below, also listed inside the plugin's main config. These options will translate Bukkit Color Codes and use two placeholders %player% and %target%.
%player% will not work if the command is sent from the console.
%target% will not work if no player name is entered after the command.

Code (Text):
# Aliases:
#   - "list"
#   - "aliases"
#   - "here"
#
# Permission: "add.perm.to.use.command.here" (If no perm is added anyone can use the command)
#
# Cooldown: in seconds, no "quotes" needed
#
# playerMessage:
#   - "Send as many"
#   - "lines as you want"
#
# targetMessage:
#   - "Requires a player name"
#   - "be typed after the command in game"
#
# asConsole:
#   - "issue other commands as the console"
#   - "use the placeholders to add players as"
#   - "variables in these commands"
#
# asPlayer:
#   - "run commands as the player"
#   - "this will use the players permissions"
#   - "make aliases or run multiple commands at once"
#
# asTarget:
#   - "run a command as the target player"
#   - "requires a player name be typed after the command in game"
#   - "great for trolling or forcing players to spawn/warps"
#
# permMessage:
#   - "Send this to players who have a permission"
#   - "Useful for groups or selecting all players"
#   Permission: "set.that.perm.here"
#
# allMessage:
#   - "Send this to all online players"
#   - "Make your own broadcast messages"
Once you've added all the options to your commands, Restart the server or type "/comfile load" (requires "comfile.admin" perm) followed by the command name (works in console without the '/'). Then, your commands are ready for use!

This plugin is free but why not donate a buck or two? It will help me add new features and keep me from eating garbage... maybe.
