I just made a plugin, which adds a new difficulty to Minecraft.
It is kinda challenging.

Additions:

Homing enemy projectiles.
Arrows have different potion effects.
You drop items when being damaged.
No more infinite liquid source from buckets.
Common spiders have poison too. And they spawn with skeleton-rider.
Mining blocks cause you mental pain.
When you move being burning, you get extra damage.
All mobs hate you.
