About the plugin :
This plugin is an inventive plugin, and the first of it's kind to be on mcm, or any website for that matter.
If you run a classic/non op prison server, chance is you've probably played TitanMC. This plugin is a pretty close replica of their Commissary plugin.
This plugin is essentially this:
You create a Commissary, which has higher prices than the ward shops.
You get into the commissary by using the points system built into the plugin.
Example :
You can sell a stack of Emeralds in A Ward shop for $3000
You can sell a stack of Emeralds in Commissary1 for $6000
Commissary1 costs 100 points to access.
People access Commissary1 to get a better price on their items.
This could also be used to access specific areas of the world, as the signs are configurable so you can make it this for example:
[Mine]
PremiumMine
50 points
120 seconds
Commands :
/commissary create <name> <points to enter> <seconds in there> - Creates a commissary.

/commissary setprice <name> <price> - Sets a new price for the commissary.
/commissary settime <name> <time> - Sets a new time for the commissary.
