Terrific Transmutation (Project Abandoned)

Synopsis:
This plugin is insipired by the Equivalent Exchange mod, I always loved the transmutation feature and so now I bring a fraction of the greatness that is Equivalent Exchange in plugin form!

Features:
- Transmutation Tome that allows players to open the GUI
- (Almost)Every item in the game has its own EMC value, EMC is the currency that allows you to obtain items in this plugin
- Change any items EMC value
- Enable and disable items that the plugin includes
- Customize the name of the transmutation tome!
- Allow players to respawn with their tomes!
- Make sure players cant remove the tome from their inventory!

Commands:
- /gettome - give yourself a transmutation tome
- /givetome {player} {-s} -give a player a transmutation tome
- /emcdata {player} - see how much EMC a player has
- /emcset {player} {amount} - set how much EMC a player has
- /terrifictransmutation - master command

Permissions:
- terrifictransmutation.* - all access
- terrifictransmutation.command.* - all commands
- terrifictransmutation.usetome - use the transmutation tome
- terrifictransmutation.command.gettome- use the gettome command
- terrifictransmutation.command.givetome- use the givetome command
- terrifictransmutation.command.emcdata- use the emcdata command
- terrifictransmutation.command.emcset- use the emcset command
- terrifictransmutation.command.reload- use the reload command
