Lightweight plugin with a GUI that allows you to plant plants with dispensers. Supports versions 1.8 to 1.16

Whenever a dispenser is facing the top of a block of which the dispensed crop can be planted on, if not disabled, the plant will be planted. It can plant from the top, bottom, or sides. It will only plant cocoa beans on the side, sugarcane if there is surrounding water, and cactus from below or from the top.
