Flashpower allows you to spawn lightnings.
How to use:
If a player has the permission "flashpower.use" , he is able to spawn a lightning. He just needs to active the Lightning-Mode first. He can do this with the command /flashpower . After he did this, he can rightclick while having a wooden_sword inhand to summon lightnings at the block, the player has targeted.
