Why? Because in 1.9, you will be able to drop ender pearl in creative.

I know there are plugins like this, but this plugin was the first "CreativePearl"
Features:
Ability to drop ender pearl in creative mode!
You can set, if permission is needed, or remove one ender pearl on drop!
Permissions:
- cp.drop - Permission to drop Ender Pearl in Creative Mode. (Can be disabled)

How to Install:
- Download the plugin
- Put it in the plugins folder
- (Re)start your server
- Configure the plugin (config.yml)
