Torch Hit Mod (26.1.2, 1.20.1) – Set Things Ablaze with Your Torch

Torch Hit Mod makes torches a bit more realistic-now you can use the torch’s flame to ignite flammable blocks or light mobs on fire. It’s especially handy: you can carry a regular sword in one hand and a torch in the other to deal extra fire damage (when the mob is vulnerable to fire).

Features:

• Strike with a torch to deal 4 seconds of fire damage-similar to Fire Aspect I.
• Hold a torch in your offhand and attack with any tool to ignite enemies for 2 seconds.
• If paired with Soul Fire’d, soul torches set mobs ablaze with soul fire. Without it, they burn longer-especially Piglins.
• Candles can also ignite mobs but break on use (configurable).
• Works with most modded torches and lets you define new items as torch-like.
• Configuration Options:
  • Tweak fire damage time for both main and offhand hits.
  • Choose which tools can trigger torch hits.
  • Decide if torches or candles should break when used in combat.
  • Mobs holding torches can ignite others-toggle this in settings.
