Strictly Origins

This is a Forge Mod addition for the Forge version of Origins mod! Please use the Wiki for more info that was left out on this page.

NOTES: If you use/want Pehkui (needed for Scaling) you will need to set KeepScaleOnRespawn to true! or on death you will scale back to human size.

 High Elf

Powers:

• Fire Bolt ( Main ability)

• Jump height increased (fall damage reduction)

• Glowing - Attacking an enemy lights them up

• Vegetarian

• Towering 2-1/2 blocks tall

• Forest vision 

• Hyper sight

  

Plantaemancer! (1.18 and above) 

Powers: Poison Ivy Vines [​Primary]: Send out a vine that applies poison to the target.

Plant Caretaker: Shift right click plants with an empty hand to make them grow.

Regrowth: Heal when in water.

Blissful Light: Boosted speed during the day.

Flammable: Take extra damage from fire and lava.

Light Deprivation: Weakness when in low light levels.

Paladin (1.18 and above)

Protection From the Undead - hit  them to set on fire

Praise the Sun [​Primary]: Heal and gain resistance as well as regeneration for 10 seconds.

Durendal - New Power Sword 

Book - Information on how to fix your sword

skilled - Holding the Durendal gives you damage boost

Better Built at a price! - Extra Exhaustion and larger appetite

Weakness - Undead cause more damage on you

Holy Life - Killing will grant you Holy water! ( you heal ) Slowness  Power to full heal

Knight (1.18 and above)

skofnung - Spawn in with the new Modded Sword Skofnung! Knightly skilled - your overall attack damage is boosted Damage Boost - Holding the Skofnung will give you 1.5 extra damage boost Slowness - walk slower Crescent Worship [​Primary]: Heal and get boosted attack speed for 30 seconds. Book - Information on how to fix your sword bowless - Can't use bows/crossbows

Bird Of Paradise (name change as of 1.19.2)

Powers:

• Aerial Combatant ( more damage while in elytra flight)

• Featherweight

• Tailwind ( little bit quicker on foot than others)

• Winged (Can fly using combination of flapping and gliding)

Weaknesses:

• Need For Mobility ( no heavy armor (chainmail or below)

• Carnivore ( meat only)

• Wet Wings ( no likey the water/ Can't swim)

Orc Shaman ( requires SkillCloaks mod and Orcz mod )

Powers:

• Immune to the effect of your attacks

• Bring dead back to like in a devastating attack

• Shaman Hood - Great source of powers and protections!

• You have learned the power of the orc god of curse

Weaknesses:

• Slow At night

WildCat!

Power's:

• No Fall Damage

• Night vision when not in water

• Can scare creepers

• Climbing

Weaknesses:

• Carnivore

• Increased hunger when submerged in water

Troll

POWERS:

 Sluggish: Not known for their agility, Trolls are some of the slowest creatures to roam the lands Cunning: Trolls do twice the amount of damage a regular human would do.. Ravenous: It takes a lot of food to sustain a creature as big as a troll XXXL: it is rather hard to find a suit of armour in size XXL. As a result, trolls cannot wear armor. EXCEPT Helmets Stocky: Trolls have 2.5x the health of a regular player!!!! 

Gargantuan: Trolls are renowned for their size ( you are very tall)

• Lead belly: The enormous appetite of a troll sometimes means eating an undesirable meal time to time. Trolls Withstand the even the most toxic of foods (immune to hunger and poison effects)

Thief( Req Blue Skies mod)

POWERS:

• Shulker inventory: This grants a 3x3 slot with the primary key, where the items are not lost on death.

• Tailwind: walk faster

• Fragile: Start with only 6 hearts

• Cloak and Dagger: Start with diamonds and a Bag of spoils (Requires the Blue Skies mod )

• Money Lover: holding a diamond gives you Speed II

• Parkour: You do a little bit more damage on attacks

• More Exhaustion: require more food than others.

 Priest( 1.16.5-1.18.2 requires Relics mod)

POWERS:

• Scholar: Start with XP bottles, Lapis, and a Holy Locket ( Requires the Relics mod )

• Nimble

• Holy Shield

• Vegetarian: only eat veggies

• Fall immunity: no fall damage

• holy curse:

• Ender particles: particles around body

 Raccoon

POWERS:

- Expert At Hiding: You get invisibility for 10 seconds. [Primary] - Fish Lungs: Can breath underwater. - Nocturnal Eyes: When in dark places you get Night Vision. - Rabies Resistant: Any food that is poisoned has no effect on you. - Rabies: When anyone is hit by you, you give a poison effect for 5 seconds - Rabies (CONT.): Is immune to poison. - Scurry: Has Speed and Jump Boost. - Sharp Claws: Does 2 hearts of damage to anyone with no armor and half a heart with any armor above iron. - Spider-like: When space is held next to a wall, you climb up walls.  (Removed on 1.18.2 & 1.19.2 version ) - Thick Fur: Always has at least 2 full bars of armor. - Tough Heart: You have an extra set of hearts. - Tough Stomach: Hunger goes down slower. - Trash Lover: When holding a brown dye you get Regeneration I.

- Small Body: You are only a block and a half tall, when you crouch you can fit through one block gaps.

- Claustrophobia: Being somewhere with a low ceiling for too long will weaken you and make you slower. - Hates Carrots: You get half a heart taken off you when you eat carrots. - Small Hands: You are unable to hold a shield. - Thick fur (CONT.): Normal arrows cannot get through your thick coat, only arrows with harming on them can get through.

 Honey Bee

POWERS:

- Nectar Processing: You can collect nectar from flowers by standing in them and right clicking. Convert nectar into honey using a glass bottle in hand [​Secondary], or honeycomb [​Secondary + Sneaking]. - Freedom Calls: You have the ability to hover, and fly but this uses up your nectar bar, causing you to lose your flight when it reaches zero. Be careful though; in the rain you can't fly. [​Hold Jump]

- Stinger: You can do an attack that does 30 points of damage (only for 5 seconds) and poison but kills you when used. [​Primary] - Bee Diet: You are a bee and bees do not eat meat or anything else! You can only eat flowers. - Bee Skin: You are a bee. you have yellow skin.

- Itty Bitty: Your small body is fragile, you only have 6 hearts. - Smoke Sickness: When near any kind of smoke, your body picks it up and you get Nausea and Slowness.

 Otter

POWERS:

- Otter Pouch: Sea otters have flaps of loose skin under each forearm that they use like a pocket or pouch to carry as much food as possible back to the surface. [​Primary] - Mini Riptide: Launches You In The Direction You Are Looking At (Must Be Submerged). [​Secondary] - Aquatic Predator: When fully submerged in water you can fight at insane speeds and temporarily on land. - Wet Eyes: Your vision underwater is perfect. - Aqua Affinity: You may break blocks underwater as others do on land. - Like Water: When underwater, you do not sink to the ground unless you want to. - Improved Lungs: You breathe longer in water. - Otter God's Blessing: As a gift from the Otter God, you become physically stronger.

- Carnivore: Your diet is restricted to meat, you can't eat vegetables. - Small: You are slightly smaller than the regular human.

- Unwieldy: The way your hands are formed provide no way of holding a shield upright. - Large Appetite: You exhaust much quicker than others, thus requiring you to eat more. - Aquatic: You belong to the aquatic entity group, hence you receive more damage from impaling. - Claustrophobia: Being somewhere with a low ceiling for too long will weaken you and make you slower. - Heart Reduction: You only have eight hearts.

 Dwarf

POWERS:

• Haste

• nocturnal eyes: night vision 

• potent brew: activate your primary ability to drink some brew! giving you REGEN

• miniature: you are very small

• dense: sink in water

• insatiable hunger

• axe strong: certain axes give you more damage

• gold lover: Holding gold with give you strength boosts

• pickaxeless stone: harvest stone with your hand

 Barako (1.16.5 - 1.18.2 req Mowzies mobs)

NOTE: this origin requires Mowzie's Mobs Mod POWERS:

• Sunblessing: You can use the power of barakoa for 25 minutes, press [primary] for use.

• Sun Block: You can make yourself invincible for 25 seconds (press your secondary key for use), but comes with a heafty cooldown of 5 minutes.

• Sun Strength: In sunlight you get strength effect

• Weak Health: You start with only 1 heart!

• Slowness: walk slower at night time.
