This mod injects code that completely prevents the narrator code from loading at all. The narrator will never be enabled, and it also prevents annoying log spam when the game can't find TTS libraries that the narrator requires.
The mod is very lightweight with no dependencies, and should work on any Minecraft version that has the narrator. It shouldn't conflict with any mods as long as they don't touch the narrator.
Note that this mod doesn't remove the narrator settings and controls from the game, it simply makes it unavailable for use.
