This mod is a fork of another fabric port mod called Locks-Unofficial that looks to migrate all functionalities of the Locks mod for forge.
This mod adds world generated locks to the game, as well as a whole new lockpicking minigame.

These locks can also be a safety measure when playing with friends as they add a key functionality that allows to open locks with their corresponding keys.

Some of the features added by this mod are the addition of working key rings, allowing for quick storage of the aforementioned key items which can now be used from the key ring item.

Wide compatibility with structure and dimension mods.

Lock combination (also known as id) copy. To create multiple copies of the same lock pattern.

Netherite smart lock, uses a ownership property system where the owner is allowed to open the lock without the necesity of a key. (Cannot be found naturally generated)

Some future features include:
Config file to determine spawn weights of locks as well as blacklisted structures
Dispenser + key functionality allowing for remote locking and unlocking.
(Potentially) Exclusive content when paired with other mods.
This mod may not be updated past 1.20
