Cobblemon Timed Global Shiny Boosters
A mod that allows players to temporarily change shiny rates in Cobblemon for set amount of time without needing to restart the server.

Commands
/getshinyrate: Shows the current shiny rate. If non-default, shows the timer left.
/setshinyrate rate minute: For example setshinyrate 8000 60 will change the rate to 8000 for 60 minutes
/addshinytime minute: Add more time to the current on-going shiny rate change
/defaultshinyrate: Goes back to the default rate in the cobblemon config
After changing the shiny rate, any new pokemon spawn will take the new rate into consideration. If you /setshinyrate 1 60 All the new spawns will be shiny for 60 minutes
