Lighting Wand Mod adds a Lighting Wand to place invisible light source. Only if you have the wand (or Casting Assistance Device (CAD) from Psi) in hand can you see the block bound. And it is very configurable that you can choose to repair wand by glowstone dust or Forge energy. When Psi is installed, there is also a new spell piece you are able to conjure invisible light source by using CAD.
