This mod adds the once removed Pigmen (not the zombie version, the one you could've traded with!) back into Minecraft.
Here's how they work, if you feed a pig a Golden Apple, they will turn into a Pigman. You right click them with a Brewing Stand, Loom or Smithing Table to give them the following professions, Chemist, Shepherd or Blacksmith!

If you give them a sword, they will attack monsters for you! You can even hand them some iron armor for some added protection. (iron armor only)

Each profession will use different types of currency, for example, the Chemist likes Gold while the Shepherd likes Iron. If you want a look on what the trades are on these professions, click the spoiler!
