Weapons Expanded Mod (26.2, 1.20.1) – Find the Right Weapon for Any Fight

Weapons Expanded Mod adds many new weapons to change how you fight in Minecraft. You can craft all kinds of new gear, from quick broadswords and katanas to slow but powerful battleaxes and hammers. Each weapon has its own trade-off between speed and damage. This mod also includes new ranged options, special enchantments, and a new status effect to discover.

Features:

• Adds a bunch of new weapons for both close-up fights and shooting from far away.
• Discover new enchantments that can poison, wither, or freeze your enemies.
• Introduces the Frostbite effect, which slows down mobs and hurts them over time.
• Get new advancements for crafting and collecting all the different weapons.

New Melee Weapons:

• Broadsword: Faster than a normal sword, but hits a little softer.
• Sickle: Swings very quickly but has lower damage.
• Scythe: A slower weapon that deals more damage than a sword.
• Longsword: Hits even harder than a scythe but is also much slower to swing.
• Katana: As strong as a sword but as fast as a broadsword. You can’t use your off-hand with it.
• Hammer: Stronger than an axe and can stun shields. It’s also slower.
• Hatchet: A light and fast axe that deals less damage.
• Battleaxe: A heavy axe that hits harder than a hammer but is very slow.
• Greatsword: A huge, slow weapon that deals very high damage. It also prevents you from using your off-hand.

New Ranged Gear:

• Longbow: A bow with a longer range that takes more time to pull back fully.
• Chain Crossbow: You can load it with four arrows at once and fire them in a quick burst.
• Heavy Arrow: Deals more base damage but doesn’t travel as far as a normal arrow.
• Dynamite Arrow: Explodes on impact. It can only be used with a crossbow and damages it more.

Special Enchantments:

• Withering: Puts the Wither effect on mobs you hit with a melee weapon. It can’t be combined with Fire Aspect.
• Frostbite: A melee enchantment that applies the Frostbite effect. It is not compatible with Fire Aspect.
• Polluting: Adds a Poison effect to your melee attacks. This also doesn’t work with Fire Aspect.
• Freeze: An enchantment for bows that makes your arrows apply the Frostbite effect. It’s not compatible with Flame.
• Leech: An enchantment for shields. When you block damage, you heal a little, but the shield takes extra damage.
