What is Oxygen Critical?

Oxygen Critical is a tiny visual enhancement mod that adds some much-needed tension to drowning.

Inspired by the game Subnautica, this mod makes your screen slowly fade to black as your oxygen runs out, no more calmly drowning like it's just another Tuesday

I also had this mod done for a month but I was lazy to make a modrinth description for it, so you're only getting it now

Configuration

Look at the config screen if you really want to, but it's nothing really exciting. The config should be the best you can get out of the mod, so I wouldn't really touch it

Compatibility

Should work with pretty much anything. It's a client-side mod, so throw it into your modpack and forget about it—your server doesn’t even need to know.

Open-source, lightweight, and probably not going to break anything. Enjoy the existential dread. 🫧
