Adds several crafting menus to the creative inventory, each designed for ease of use in creative mode. Also adds* a 2x2 crafting grid to the creative mode survival inventory
*It was always in the game, just moved 2000 pixels up and to the left from the screen, lol. The mod just moves it back.
