Cascades Mod (26.2, 1.20.1) – Better Terrain Generation & New Biomes

Cascades Mod is a terrain generation mod that adds slight tweaks to your world generation to make the terrain generate with a new style. With this mod installed, you will notice more overhangs, cliffs, and floating islands. Continents and oceans are now a lot more larger and the transition between land and water is now a lot more smoother. Underground lakes are also a new terrain generation feature added by this mod. Furthermore, the mod introduces some new biomes into the game. The current version of the mod adds four new biomes – Seasonal Forest, Autumnal Forest, Temperate Rainforest and Rainforest. The mod also removes some unappealing vanilla biomes like Windswept Savanna, Windswept Forest, Windswept Hills, Windswept Gravelly Hills, Birch Forest and Old Growth Birch Forest.
