Cutting Board Bark Harvesting of all the woods!

If you play with the mods Regions Unexplored and Farmer's Delight installed, you've probably run across a good few wood types you can't harvest bark from for compost. Well, this pack changes that. With this pack, every single type of block that has a stripped variant can be harvested for bark with a cutting board and axe, including ones that don't even have bark. Because I said so, that's why. :-P

The recipes work exactly like the ones for vanilla wood blocks, right click the cutting board with a log or other wood block, then right click that with an axe of any sort, and out pops a stripped block, and a bark that you can use for composting.
