Mod to improve totem experiences.
Features:
- custom self totem pop sound (enemy pop sound unchanged)
- hotkey to equip totem
- autototem with custom delay
- able to refill totem on both offhand and mainhand
- totem pop overlay: outline on screen when popped
- totem count: show how many totem left
- replenish item: replenish item when pressed hotkey
- [new] curser snap on totem: move curser to totem when open inventory after popped
