This mod changes fair-play mode in Xaero's to be compliant with CivMC's radar rules.
- Changes to fair-play mode:
- No longer completely disables radar
- Disables radar entity darkening based on height
- Radar shows all entities regardless of Y level
- Radar shows invisible and sneaking entities
