FOUP

FOUP adds an overhead rail system with carts carrying items in Front Opening Unified Pods (FOUPs), transporting them between different stations.
In the stations, items can be moved into or out of the FOUPs if the station is linked to a FOUP Loader or the entire FOUPs can be moved into or out of storage if the station is linked to a FOUP Storage Interface.
Each cart has a schedule which defines the stations it will go to and the actions it will perform there.
