Later, this was removed, as the ability to use invisible pixels allowed players to make themselves invisible without any potions. Alpha Skins Mod is here to reintroduce this feature to the newer versions of the game. This mod basically uses mixins to turn off the code that strips the alpha channel from the skin upon rendering, allowing invisible pixels to stay invisible.
