Inventory Lock
Allow locking of player inventory slots, disallowing usage of them. Compatible with modded inventories. Free Minecraft Java mod for 1.20.1.

This mod allows you to lock slots meaning that you e.g. cannot use them in hotbar, cannot select them in hotbar, cannot put any items in them, etc. You can do this with commands or other mods can use the (quite horrible) API.
This mod is compatible with modded inventories, unlike other implementations.
