True Health
I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.
This mod shows you your True Health (the in game decimal number). This let's you see how much health you ACTUALLY have, instead of Minecraft's system of always rounding up. The mod also shows you your true saturation, for all of your healing needs
This gets around the problem of Minecraft showing you that you have X hearts, when really it's way closer to having X-1 hearts.
Default key-bind to toggle the health text is H, for saturation it's J
