Terrestria Mod (26.1.2, 1.20.1) – Highly Detailed Biomes

Terrestria Mod is a mod that aims to diversify the landscape of Minecraft during your explorations. It contains 17 new biomes as well as 24 sub-biomes and 9 new types of wood. The author aims to offer the player new biomes that, although less numerous than those in Biome O’ Plenty, feature many details to provide a more coherent and immersive experience.

Features:

• Caldera Alpine zone with cliffs: From an external perspective, the Caldera biome might seem like an alpine area with imposing but barren cliffs. However, if you climb to the top, you’ll find a turquoise lake, an oasis with a glacial environment around it. This is the most unique biome in the mod and a treat for any explorer who discovers it.
• Cypress Forest: The cypress forest is a very dense warm biome with two species of trees, cypress and birch. It is similar to Minecraft’s forest biome but with more color and relief.
• Cypress Swamp: The cypress swamp combines the eerie feel of a mining swamp with the trees of a tropical forest in a humid climate to create a truly unique and scary biome. These trees include bald cypress, rubber tree, and willow.
• Dense Forest: The dense forest is a warm biome that contains large amounts of tall grass and massive oaks, a companion to the Woodlands biome from the Traverse mod. The large number of big oaks makes the forest floor very dark, allowing monsters to spawn in some areas.
• Tsuga Rainforest: The Tsuga rainforest is a very mountainous region, ranging from low-altitude areas to imposing cliffs that dwarf Minecraft Vanilla mountains. The biome even includes clearings that contain large quantities of small shrubs and pieces of wood lying on the ground, providing a beautiful environment to build whatever you want.
• Japanese Maple Forest: The Japanese maple forest is a warm and cozy biome with its dark red colors and beautiful hills. There are three types of Japanese maples (normal, dark, and shrub).
• Lush Redwood Forest: The lush redwood forest is a mix of the redwood forest biome and the smaller-scale Tsuga rainforest biome. It contains redwood forest grass, rainforest vegetation, and a mix of tsuga and red trees. It is often found near the other two biomes.
• Rainbow Tropical Forest: The rainbow tropical forest is a very mountainous derivative of the Vanilla Minecraft jungle, with the same characteristics. The change here is the vegetation. The biome is decorated with rainbow eucalyptus and rubber trees, which fill the canopy with leaves and color the forest in bright blue tones.
• Redwood Forest: The redwood forest is a dense, hilly biome with large redwood trees. Fallen pieces of wood litter the ground, and tiny redwoods dot the clearings.
• Sakura Forest: The Sakura forest is one of the most interesting biomes added to Terrestria. It features small flowering trees with some fallen leaves on the ground, as well as Japanese maple shrubs. This biome is an ideal place for taking stunning screenshots.
• Snowy Tsuga Forest: This is simply a snowy variant of the Tsuga rainforest for cold climate areas.
• Volcanic Island: The volcanic island is a warm tropical island biome dotted with volcanoes, palm trees, and two custom plants: the “monstera” and the Indian “paintbrush.” This biome also features basalt, basalt sand, and basalt soil. The terrain itself is quite dynamic, with cliffs and huge beaches making this biome a unique place.
