Adds a command that makes so players can queue into a raid together without having to search for it in the survival world. /rqueue

A quality-of-life addon for Cobblemon that adds a streamlined queue system for Raid Dens. Players can use /rqueue to access an intuitive GUI where they can select raid difficulty tiers (1-5 stars), see who else is queuing, and start raids together.
Features:
- Simple /rqueue command opens a difficulty selection menu
- Visual queue display showing ready players
- Automatic raid crystal spawning and configuration
- Player teleportation to raid dimension and back to original location
- Support for solo or group raids (up to 4 players)
