Camp Fires Cook Mobs Mod (26.1.2, 1.20.1) – Campfires Cook Mobs

After installing Camp Fires Cook Mobs Mod, animals that drop meat will drop the cooked version if they burn on a campfire.

Features:

• Mobs that drop meat will drop the cooked version when they die on a campfire.
• Works with both standard and soul campfires.
• Same behavior as mobs burning in normal fire or lava.
• Works in single-player and on servers (server-side).
• Optional visual fire overlay when mobs burn on campfires.

How to use:

• Place a mob that drops meat on a campfire or soul campfire.
• Let the mob die from campfire damage.
• The mob will drop cooked meat instead of raw meat.
• To see the burning fire overlay:
  • Install this mod on the client, or
  • Install Soul Fire’d on both client and server.

Configs:

• Optional support for Cloth Config and Mod Menu.
• Configs work even if these mods are not installed.
• Config file path: config/camp_fires_cook_mobs.json
• Available options:
  • Standard campfires burn dropped items (false by default)
  • Soul campfires burn dropped items (false by default)
  • Standard campfire damage (1.0, vanilla value)
  • Soul campfire damage (2.0, vanilla value)
  • Frost Walker protects from standard campfires (true)
  • Frost Walker protects from soul campfires (false)
• Damage for modded campfires is never modified.
• Modded campfires are treated as soul campfires if they use the block tag
  camp_fires_cook_mobs:soul_campfires.
