Enditions
Adds a few things to give the End some visual variety without adding any new blocks. Some Enditions, if you will.

A small mod that adds a few things to give the End some visual variety without adding any new blocks.

There's not much to really describe here, but just to be informative:
New generation:
- Several small islands that float above the End Midlands and End Barrens.
- Obsidian islands; some with loot, all with a Phantom spawner; that float above the End Barrens and Small End Islands (Now you can fully disable Phantoms in the Overworld without missing out on Elytra repair materials, and you won't need to deal with them unless you choose to).
- Tiny "asteroids" that float above the Small End Islands.
- Tiny Obsidian "asteroids," most with Glowstone rings, that float above the Small End Islands.
- Amethyst and Glowstone spikes that float above the End Barrens and Small End Islands.
- Amethyst and Glowstone geodes buried underneath the End Highlands and the main island.
- Glow Lichen spawns across the entirety of the End like it does in caves in the Overworld.
I mostly made this because I couldn't use Nullscape with the other End mods I was using. I don't claim this mod to be ANYWHERE near the level of Nullscape, especially with how small it is, but I wanted to use a handful of the same blocks it uses (Amethyst, Glowstone, Basalt, and Blackstone being the main ones) and to give the End at least a BIT of extra verticality. This was the best I could do with MCreator, since I couldn't make proper biomes (Someone more experienced with it probably could have), but if this looks nice to you, I hope it suffices and you enjoy using it.
(NOTE: I have not tested this mod with mods that drastically change how the End generates like Nullscape or Endercon, so you may or may not encounter issues if you choose to use this alongside them)
(NOTE 2: Sometimes the islands and spikes will get cut off during generation. I'm not sure why this happens, but I'll fix it if I ever figure it out. It's not usually too bad, but be aware of it)
(NOTE 3: I've yet to see the Obsidian islands be cut off, so it may be because the others are features rather than structures. Which is... interesting...)
