Hopper Speed Tweaks
Change hopper transfer speed with a simple gamerule. Make hoppers faster, slower, or balanced for your server’s economy and performance.
I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.
Faster Customizable Hoppers
Hopper speed affects farms, storage systems, and server balance more than most people realize.
This mod lets you change hopper transfer speed using a simple gamerule, so you can speed up item movement, slow down automation, or fine-tune vanilla mechanics to fit your server.
Features
- Configure hopper speed with
/gamerule hopperSpeed X.X 1.0= vanilla speed- Higher values = faster hoppers
- Lower values = slower hoppers
- Great for balancing farms and automation-heavy servers
Requirements
- Fabric Loader
- Fabric API
