This mod adds the honey jar, craftable from a honey bottle and any apricorn. You may right-click the honey jar onto an apricorn log, to slather the tree in honey! This honey will disappear after ~1 Minecraft day. No spawns come with the base mod, but rather can be added by data pack using the slathered honey as a nearby block spawn condition. I created a data pack to establish some spawns, but feel free to create your own!
I have plans to integrate spawning mechanics more thoroughly/reliably in this mod in the future, but I am a novice when it comes to this stuff, so I can't promise it will come super soon. For now, take the data pack approach.
