Better Frost Walker Mod (26.2, 1.20.1) – Improved Frost Walker Enchantment

Frost walker is a very useful boot enchantment that allows you to walk over water. When you wear a boot enchanted with this enchantment, any water you attempt to step over will instantly be converted into ice. But this comes with some inconsistencies. For example, if you are sprinting over a large water body, the water beneath your feet will be converted into ice along with you, but if you cause any inconsistency, like jumping in between the sprinting, will cause the continuity to break, and you will fall into water. Better Frost Walker Mod, as the name suggests, fixes this, along with many other improvements. A list of features as noted by the developer is given below.

Features:

• Sprint-Jumping – Allows you to sprint-jump with a frost walker boot.
• Boats – Riding boats while having frost walker boots equipped will generate frosted ice under your boat.
• Lava Walker – Frost walker will also freeze lava.
• Higher level frost walker – Allows you to enchant your boots with higher levels of frost walker.
• Still Ice – Frost walker will still generate new ice beneath you even when you stand still.
• Standing on powdered snow – Having frost walker on your boots will prevent you from falling through powdered snow, just like leather boots do.
• Disable ice fall damage – Falling on frosted ice with frost walker boots will negate fall damage.
• Always melt ice – Makes frosted ice melt even when it’s nighttime.
• Configuration – Most features are configurable by using the /frostConfig command in game.
