Big Beetroots are made up of some new beetroot blocks.
Beetroot Sprouts are the sapling of this new feature.
Some beetroot blocks can also be cooked like food or will be cooked when struck directly by lightning.
Heart Beets
Naturally generating Big Beetroots will always have a block encased at their center called a "Heart of Beetroot". Placing this block near beetroot crops will cause them to turn into a heart beet crop. Eating the resulting heart beet will increase your max health by 1 up to a configurable amount which can be set using a game rule.
The textures for the heart beet crop were provided by Jamie's Jam.
