About
Block To Display is clientside mod that allows turning blocks into block displays.
Usage
Change your gamemode to Creative, use command /blocktodisplay toggle and start breaking blocks, after you have broken block, your client will send /summon -command to server which summons the block display. You are required to have permission to use /summon -command. When you are done, remember to toggle this off with the same command.
You can also use command /blocktodisplay replacenear <block> <radius> to replace specific blocks on given radius. You are required to have permission to use /summon and /setblock -commands.
Good to know
- Since this mod uses commands to create the block displays there is lot of spam when creating block displays. When playing on server, you might get kicked for spam if you are not operator.
- Currently there is no way to undo, so proceed with caution. Espicially when using the replacenear command.
Possible future plans
- Serverside implementation
- Allow turning block displays back to blocks somehow
- Allow automatically grouping block displays together (also manual grouping with command)
- Add
/blocktodisplay replace <from> <to> command
