Better purpur adds new purpur variants and a new type of purpur, dark purpur. These blocks are good for decoration or building your base.
Purpur Variants
New variants of purpur including chiseled purpur and a purpur brick set have been added. Chiseled purpur resembles a shulker, and can be crafted using two purpur slabs. Since the recipe for purpur pillars already had that, the purpur pillar recipe has been changed to two purpur blocks for two pillars (which is the same shape as quartz pillars.) Purpur walls have also been added.
Additionally, a new light source, the purpur lamp, has been added, crafted using four purpur blocks and an end rod for four lamps. This gives off a light level of 15, and is supposed to be a full-block version of an end rod.
Dark Purpur
Dark purpur is a new type of purpur, crafted with four popped chorus fruit and one black dye for four blocks. There is a dark purpur variant of every purpur block, including chiseled dark purpur, which resembles an enderman.
Overall, BetterPurpur is a great addition if you want more ways to use purpur for building.
