This is a voice chat mod that sends data over a custom encoding via chat. This means that it is CLIENT SIDE ONLY and can be used on any server that allows you to send 1 message per second and allows all unicode characters in chat(more restrictive servers might be supported later) The audio is compressed by codec2 using the 3200bits per second and throttled to one message per second for antispam. The characters used are normal, reserved and the unicode multilingual plane. To get started just set the target
The target is set by:
/vcplayer <playername>
for a single player
and for public broadcast:
/vcplayerbroadcast
then the master volume is set by
/vcmaster <volume (0-100)>
per player
/vcvolume <player> <volume (0-100)>
to choose input and output devices
/vcaudio <input device> <output device>
