I'm no longer interested in developing mods since years ago when my friends moved on from Minecraft and I stopped having a reason to host servers/write mods for them. Sorry~
Completely server-side mod for Fabric that allows players to disable phantom spawning (doInsomnia) individually a.k.a. per-player phantom spawning.
This means that one player can farm phantom membranes on a server while another player lives their life unbothered by phantoms. By default, however, phantoms are enabled for everyone. You can technically use this client-side, but... just use the gamerule at that point. HAHA NOT ANYMORE I FOUND OUT ABOUT environment
Usage: /insomnia <enable|disable|status>
(This mod requires the Fabric API.)
